General Promotion Terms

From time to time, SimpliSafe may offer consumers discounts or coupons codes and/or free products or services for promotional purposes (“Promo Offers”). To the extent permissible under applicable laws, the following rules apply to any Promo Offers made by SimpliSafe whether through our website or through any other direct to consumer communication. Terms and conditions for each Promo Offer may vary, but unless expressly stated otherwise will default to these terms with any conflicts being governed by any terms specified or referred to in the Promo Offer.

Promo Offers can only be redeemed for sales through direct purchases with SimpliSafe, such as through our website.
Promo Offers may not be combined, are non-transferrable, and have no cash value.
Promo Offers cannot be sold or otherwise bartered. Void where prohibited.
Consumers benefiting from any Promo Offer may be responsible for any applicable taxes, fees or reasonable delivery charges.
Promo Offers are for a limited time only, subject to any express expiration date and/or supply availability limitations. If no expiration date is provided, the Promo Offer will expire after six (6) months. Promo Offers do not apply to prior sales or orders. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Promo Offers may be discontinued at any time at SimpliSafe’s sole discretion.
The standard Terms of Sale apply for any orders placed using a Promo Offer. Our Terms of Use also apply.
SimpliSafe reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in its reasonable opinion, any order (involving a Promotion Offer or not) reasonably appears to involve fraudulent activity or other behaviour in breach of these General Promotion Terms or any other applicable terms.
In the event any part of a Promo Offer order is returned, the value of any discount applied on that Promo Offer order will be spread between the goods proportionately at SimpliSafe’s discretion.
Promo Offer terms may vary by product or service.

General Games Terms

SimpliSafe may offer consumers the opportunity to participate in games via the SimpliSafe website, e-mail or other means in order to win certain prizes such as discount codes or free SimpliSafe products (each a “Game”). For each Game, the following conditions will apply: (1) the General Promotion Terms above; (2) these General Games Terms; and (3) any specific terms and conditions stated to apply to that Game (collectively the “Promotional Games Terms”).

Eligibility:
- Each Game will be open to UK residents, aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of SimpliSafe and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the Game. By entering a Game, you will be held to have agreed that you are eligible to enter that Game.
Entry:
- Entry to a Game will be free of charge and no purchase will be required to enter. Internet access will be required.
- To enter, you will need to provide your name, email address so that, if you win, we can notify you by email of how to redeem your prize.
- By entering a Game you will be deemed to have accepted the Promotional Games Terms and to have agreed to be bound by them.
- Multiple or bulk entries, entries submitted via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified from that Game and any future Games run by SimpliSafe.
Selection process:
- The available prizes for each Game will be set out in the details of each Game.
- Each entry to a Game will provide a chance to win one of the prizes on offer. Prizes will be distributed at random on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of the Game. Winners will be informed immediately of the prize that they have won.
- Redeeming a prize may be subject to certain conditions, such as minimum spend requirements.
Validity of prizes
- You can redeem your prize for a limited time only, subject to any express expiration date and/or supply availability limitations confirmed at the time of receipt of the prize. If no expiration date is provided, the prize will expire after six (6) months.
- SimpliSafe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prizes (or any element of them) become unavailable for any reason.
Your information
- Unless you opt-in to receive marketing communications as part of your entry into a Game, no personal details relating to unsuccessful entries in a Game will be kept by SimpliSafe.
- If you win, your details will be retained by SimpliSafe for six (6) months after your entry into the Game, so that SimpliSafe can deal with any queries relating to your prize, including as set out below (see "Other"). You can request for your contact details to be deleted before the expiry of this period using the contact details below. If you request for your details to be deleted, SimpliSafe cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of your prize or assist you with any issues relating to redemption of your prize following deletion of your details.
- If you opt-in to receive marketing communications as part of your entry, we'll only use and retain your details in line with applicable law. Any personal details held by SimpliSafe will be held in accordance with our privacy policy, available here .
Other
- Subject to winners’ consent, winners’ details (abbreviated name and county of residence only) will be available for a period of 30 days following the end of each Game by emailing.
- Subject to applicable law, all Games, and any dispute or claim (including any non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with any Game.

SimpliSafe’s 2024 Holiday Price Match Guarantee Terms and conditions applicable to the SimpliSafe 2024 Holiday Price Match Guarantee: Purchase with confidence. If you order a new SimpliSafe Security System from SimpliSafe.co.uk between 20 October 2024 and 31 January 2024 and see that the price for the SimpliSafe Security System purchased has lowered between your purchase date and 31 January 2024, you can request a refund for the price difference in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions below. To request a refund, please call customer service on 0800 456 1789 or email customer-support@simplisafe.co.uk. This offer is only valid for purchases made via the SimpliSafe website at SimpliSafe.co.uk which are purchased between 20 October 2024 and 31 January 2024. The date on which you purchased your product can be found on your order confirmation email. You have a maximum of 60 days from your purchase date to request a refund and, in any event, your request must be received by 31 January 2024. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and this offer only applies to the person named on the relevant order form. This offer only applies to purchases of the SimpliSafe Security System and does not apply to individual component purchases, for example, the SimpliSafe Indoor Camera. This offer is not applicable to purchases of SimpliSafe products made outside the www.simplisafe.co.uk website. SimpliSafe reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The terms which apply to you are those in effect at the time you purchase your SimpliSafe Security System. Where you are entitled to a refund, this will be sent to you via the same method of payment you used to purchase the SimpliSafe Security System, within 15 working days following written confirmation from us that we accept your refund request. You may only make one refund request under this offer and you are only entitled to a refund in respect of prices which are being offered to other consumers via www.simplisafe.co.uk at the time of your request.

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

By entering this prize draw, you confirm your acceptance to the following terms and conditions.

Promoter: The Promoter of this prize draw is SimpliSafe Ltd of 196 Deansgate, Manchester, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, M3 3NE.

Eligibility: This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone directly associated with the administration of this prize draw

Free route to entry: This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

Entry instructions and promotional period: To enter the prize draw, entrants should visit https://forms.gle/4faHwvQjkiB1TSLF7 and complete the survey between 01/10/2024 and 31/03/2025. Only one entry per household is permitted. Bulk entries, entries submitted via agents, third parties or organised groups or entries automatically generated by a computer will not be accepted.

Winner selection process: One winner will be selected at random by a computer process that produces verifiable random results on 01/04/2025 from all the surveys that have been completed by eligible entrants within the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for surveys not successfully completed for any reason, including due to any technical fault. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner.

Prize: The winner will receive an Amazon voucher to a value of £250, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if it becomes necessary to do so.

Winner notification and prize delivery: The winner will be notified within 30 days of the end of the promotional period via the email address provided when completing the survey. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winning entry, including by asking for the winner’s identity and proof of age and will refuse to award the prize if the eligibility requirements are not met. The winner must respond to claim their prize, following which the Promoter will send the voucher to the winner via email. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to the Promoter or has not claimed the prize within 14 days of the notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that winner's prize entitlement and offer it to an alternative winner selected from all remaining eligible entries. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event that a winner is not able to accept the prize for any reason, including in the event that the winner has provided an incorrect email address.

Consequences of breach: The Promoter reserves the right to exclude from the prize draw or refuse to award the prize to any entrant if it has reason to believe that such entrant has breached these terms and conditions.

Changes to the prize draw: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw, or amend these terms and conditions, where it becomes necessary to do so.

Personal data: The Promoter must publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails customer-support@simplisafe.co.uk within one month of the end of the promotional period. If an entrant wishes to object to their details being published or made available, they should email customer-support@simplisafe.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested. The Promoter will only process entrants’ personal data as set out in its privacy policy which can be found here: https://simplisafe.co.uk/privacy-policy.

Limitation of liability: Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the prize draw and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize, except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

Law and jurisdiction: These terms and conditions and the prize draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except if the entrant is resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, such entrant may bring a claim in their home jurisdiction.

September Sale 2024 All SimpliSafe UK promotions are general governed by the default Promotions Rules articulated on our SimpliSafe Terms of Sale. In some instances certain promotions may have different terms, which are set forth below on a promotion by promotion basis.

The Sale offers up to 45% off new systems only and the saving is automatically applied at the basket. The saving is not valid for individual accessories such as sensors, key fobs, yard signs etc.
A 45% discount is applied to new system purchases when opting into the Pro Premium professional monitoring plan at checkout.
A 35% discount is applied to new system purchases when not opted into a professional monitoring plan at checkout.
An Outdoor Camera will be included in the sale for free.
