With a super-small SimpliSafe Entry Sensor, you can keep an eye on your home’s entrances and exits at all times. Our sensors have been designed with tiny magnets that detect when a door or window opens; if the magnet moves more than two inches from the sensor, an alarm will sound. When coupled with professional monitoring, our monitoring centre will be alerted to the alarm, who can then dispatch the emergency services if an emergency is visually verified. Protect every angle of your home, even when you’re not there.

How to install your SimpliSafe Entry Sensor

  1. Your sensor will come with a magnet for easy attachment. Line up the magnet and the sensor on your chosen door or window so that the grooves align and the pieces are less than two inches apart when the door or window is closed

  2. Test the alignment before you secure each part of the device. There should be a blue light that flashes once when the door or window opens, and flashes twice when it closes

  3. Adhere the sensor to the door and the magnet to the doorframe, or the other way around. Don’t worry, there is no right or wrong way
